Resources for preventing food allergy

Feeding babies the common allergy causing foods can help prevent food allergy.

Nip allergies in the Bub is the National Allergy Council’s food allergy prevention program. It provides evidence based, practical information on feeding babies the common allergy causing foods.

Managing eczema well may also help prevent food allergy. The Nip allergies in the Bub website also has practical information about how to manage eczema well.

These prevention strategies are based on ASCIA’s infant feeding and allergy prevention guidelines.
